Hoosier Elite Lacrosse Club, LLC is Indiana’s premier program for athlete development and lacrosse training. Founded to elevate the standard of play across the Midwest, we combine elite coaching, proven training methods, and character-driven mentorship to prepare athletes for success on and off the field.

Our mission is simple: to build resilient athletes who excel in competition and in life. Through discipline, character, and focused training, we help players grow their skills, strengthen their confidence, and embrace the values of teamwork and perseverance.
Our STORY
Hoosier Elite Lacrosse Club, LLC was founded by coaches and former NCAA athletes who saw a need for high-quality lacrosse training in Indiana. Starting with small group sessions on local fields, our program quickly expanded to include private lessons, conditioning programs, and a competitive travel team. Today, we proudly serve athletes throughout Fort Wayne, Northeast Indiana, and across the Midwest.
Our Coaching Team
Our staff includes former college players and current NCAA athletes who bring firsthand experience at the highest levels of lacrosse. Each coach is dedicated to teaching not only the fundamentals—stickwork, ground balls, transition play, and shooting—but also advanced concepts like game IQ, defensive positioning, and leadership.
